How long will my Christmas wreath last?
Climates make the biggest difference. In colder climates or northern states, your wreath will last through March. In warm, dry climates or southern states, the wreath will last through mid-January. Always place your wreath outside; wreaths kept inside will only last about 3 weeks. A word of advice for a longer-lasting wreath in warm climates: spritz the back of the wreath with water every couple of days. This will keep your wreath fresh longer and maintain its fragrance.
When will my wreath arrive?
While filling out your shipping information, you can specify the approximate ship date for each recipient. The default arrival date is the current da (excluding weekends). This feature allows you to select shipping dates in advance and get your Christmas shopping done early!
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your shipment at www.ups.com. If you did not receive the email or are having problems using the UPS website, please call us at 1-888-426-0781 and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I hang my Christmas wreath?
The metal frame on the back of the wreath can be supported by a nail or screw, or you can use an over-the-door . A word of advice if using a wreath hanger: wrap the hanger in a few layers of plastic wrap to keep it from leaving scratch marks on your door.
Where do your boughs come from?
Most of the boughs we use are highland noble fir. These have an incredible blue appearance on the outer needles and are very attractive in Christmas wreaths. The boughs are cut from trees 15 to 30 years old. Bough trees produce a bough that can be harvested every 2 to 3 years without cutting down the tree. The Washington State Department of Natural Resources has been making an effort for many years to manage noble fir growing areas and improve this reusable resources program. We have a select number of lowland farmers we buy our boughs from, and we currently have over 2,500 Christmas trees and bough trees on our farm. They are just three years old, not big enough to harvest but growing strong.
Is there a care tag included?
We provide care information for both our wreaths and centerpieces. The wreath box has care information printed directly on it and a care card is inserted into each centerpiece box, making it easy for recipients to learn how to care for their wreath or centerpiece.
How big are your wreaths?
The diameter of our Christmas wreaths is approximately 26"; the perfect size for a three-foot-wide door. The total finished weight of your wreath is approximately 7 pounds. Our Christmas wreaths are very full and fluffy with a three-dimensional quality that makes them attractive from all angles. They are thicker and fuller than most other wreaths you'll find on the market, allowing lots of room for decorations to be incorporated into the design.
Will my wreath look like the picture?
No...it will look better! All of our Christmas wreaths, centerpieces, swags and garland are inspected twice for integrity and design qualities before they leave the farm. We will not ship a wreath we wouldn't hang on our own front door. If you're not completely thrilled with your wreath, CONTACT US! We will make every effort to make it right.
